The Literacy Impact Advocate helps schools, after-school programs, and churches strengthen their literacy culture through creativity, student publishing opportunities, and Texas Education Agency (TEA)-aligned writing workshops. This mission-driven role centers on building authentic relationships that open doors for children and families to experience programs designed to inspire confidence, faith, and a lifelong love for reading and writing.
As an independent contractor (1099), the Advocate enjoys creative freedom in outreach while representing the heart of Franklin the Helper® Children’s Books, LLC across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
This is a commission-based opportunity for individuals who believe in the power of literacy to change lives. Advocates are rewarded through a mix of flat-rate and percentage-based commissions, with bonuses recognizing consistency and commitment. Your impact and effort determine your growth — there’s no limit on what you can earn as you help more students access meaningful literacy experiences.
Franklin the Helper® Children’s Books, LLC provides equal opportunity in all areas of employment and contracting. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
