Terms and Conditions of Turn the Page Fundraiser

Your organization agrees to represent Franklin the Helper® Children’s Books, LLC and the Turn the Page Fundraiser in a respectful, positive, and professional manner at all times.
You will use only the official fundraiser link, QR code, and materials provided to you.
You will share accurate information about the fundraiser and will not alter pricing, branding, book descriptions, or promotional content.
Your organization will follow all conduct, communication, and promotional guidelines, including selling only in appropriate locations where permission is granted and maintaining respectful, family-friendly behavior both online and in person.
You will begin and end the fundraiser within the approved dates and stop all promotion once the fundraiser closes.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the fundraiser being stopped immediately, the representative listed on this form being notified, and your fundraiser link being disabled without delay.
