Publishing Refund
Projects that have advanced to the illustration phase qualify for a refund that is 50% initial payment. Before reaching the illustration phase, refunds are issued at 100%. Refunds are processed via Zelle 1 week after the request. The same applies in the event of cancellation of the publishing project by the publisher.
