At the young age of 21, Franklin Edwards wrote his first book titled "Just Be Yourself," marking the beginning of his journey as an author. Since then, he has gone on to write and publish fifteen Christian-based children's books that focus on teaching positive social behavior. Some of his notable book titles include Just Be Yourself, How to Apologize, Have Faith, Poems of Life, Taking Accountability, and Franklin el Consejero.
Driven by his passion for literature, Franklin established his own publishing company, where he now independently publishes books for other authors. Recognizing the importance of engaging with young minds, Franklin conducts school visits where he shares his expertise in public speaking and entrepreneurship. He also addresses the issue of bullying, providing valuable insights on how to deal with such challenges. Furthermore, Franklin educates children through workshops, guiding them to write and publish their own books.
At the age of 24, Franklin set ambitious goals for himself. He plans to release more books that focus on social-emotional learning by the end of this year and is transitioning from his brick-and-mortar bookstore to the Frank-mobile, a mobile bookstore that will travel all over DFW delighting children with Franklin the Helper books and treats!
His ultimate mission is to spread positive, faith-based messages through literature, touching the hearts of readers and inspiring them to embrace kindness, empathy, self-confidence and resilience.
